Yacht ownership is one of the most complex private asset environments in the world. Every project involves architects, engineers, shipyards, lawyers, captains, brokers and family office advisors. Each of them operates with their own priorities and their own commercial interest. None of them represents the owner alone.Navarion was created to fill that gap.

We are not a large organisation. We are a focused firm built around a single discipline: representing the owner with full independence, technical understanding and strategic clarity at every stage of the ownership journey. Our structure is intentionally lean. Every client works directly with senior advisors. There are no intermediaries, no delegated work, no diluted attention.

Owner’s Representative

As owner’s representative, Navarion acts as the owner’s trusted interface throughout the project. We coordinate stakeholders, review technical and contractual documentation, monitor progress, challenge decisions when necessary, identify risks and ensure that the project remains aligned with the owner’s objectives in terms of quality, timing, budget and intended use. Our role is not to replace the shipyard, the captain, the designer or the technical experts. Our role is to ensure that every professional involved works within a coordinated framework that protects the owner and supports the successful delivery of the yacht.
